When I walked in the door, The smoke from the fryer hit me and it screamed, ONION CHIPS! I do love Onion Chips, especially after 10 beers, at 2 AM. I resisted on this particular night. Whatever you choose, it is what it is. White Castle !You are bound to meet interesting employees or customers. I have always had good customer service here. I have had to wait for food, they get slammed sometimes. I can't blame the folks that work there. They are busting their butts !

This place has really been a hard place to like in the past. I have waited for 40 minutes in the drive through, which is NOT exaggerated. They seem slow and under staffed in the past. I would have given them a 1 or 2 before my last, most recent visit last weekend. Last weekend when I stopped, there was a older black lady that was very friendly and super polite! She made it seem like I was a t a completely different place. I would rate a 4 based on my last visit. I will now stop here more frequently because I had almost given up on this place. Thanks for getting back on track. let's see if it stays that way.

This location NEVER has your online order prepared by the time you get there. They always make it while you wait there. This becomes a problem when you get the crave case, you're stuck waiting for a bit. I gave them an extra star because they're always apologetic about it. Same fare as any other White Castle location, same quality.

I ate here 2 (two) times. 1st time: Oh these little burgers are so dog gone tasty. California needs this place. California sucks because we dont have White Castel. Movies that depict illegal drug use revolved around this place. Musicians mentioned this place in songs. THIS IS SO GOOD! Those little boxes are kinda bad for the environment. 2nd Time: Yeah it's tasty. What came the morning after and the following 3 days was a nightmare. DIARRHEA at all hours. I couldn't wait to completely get the White Castle out of me. White Castle Burgers is a response to Upton Sinclair's The Jungle. That's bad. That's really bad.

White Castle is White Castle. You like their food or not. I am writing about the customer service at this one. I have yet to walk in and not be made welcome. Nor have I ever left without being thanked. They are smiling, politely joking and always willing to go that extra bit which is unusual in fast food.

The only reason I gave this restaurant one star is that I couldn't rate it a 1/2 star. The onion chips were palatable, the rest of the food we got was disgusting. I'd never been to a White Castle, and since we were traveling in a state that had them, we decided to check it out. Perhaps the food was awful because it was 9pm, or perhaps it was because the store had recently been converted from a Boston Market... or perhaps White Castle food is just garbage, I'm not really sure and I'm not too keen to try it again anytime soon to determine the reason. The cheeseburgers were dry and bland, some had pickles, some didn't. The new 'specialty' burger was pathetic, we really couldn't even tell the difference between it and the standard cheeseburger until the last bite when a tiny, limp piece of soggy bacon made its presence known. The fries were bland and tasted like reconstituted freeze dried powdered potato molded into the shape of a fry. I wasn't expecting a lot as I'd had the frozen sliders from the grocery store before and wasn't impressed, but I expected them to be better than those frozen versions... which they weren't. Creative packaging for their sliders is the best thing I can say about this place. In-and-Out needs to develop some more chains east of the Rockies, especially in the mid-west, so that the people who actually consume food from White Castle on a regular basis have a chance to taste a good burger and see what they've been missing.
